Now and Then,
a mixed-media artwork, 2015 at the C.M. Russell Museum in Great Falls, Montana. “Growing-up, I don’t remember ever not having a Charlie Russell print hanging in our home. The cowboy artist was part of our culture and heritage. It was very meaningful to have one of my pieces hanging in his hometown museum, and being sold to benefit the museum.”

This project was part of a community project facilitated by a North Lake Tahoe woodworker and designer, Charlie Shunk. He coordinated help from the community to manufacture many little benches. Each of these was awarded to area artists to transform into art and to be sold to benefit quite a number of local non-profits. Thanks, Charlie for making this happen with the power of community!
There is an in-depth story at his website on the “More” page (contact and community project page): www.tahoecitywoodworks.com
